    After graduating from the University of Nebraska in 1968 with a BFA Degree, Mr. Hedges has been involved with award winning graphic design and illustration and free-lance photography.

    After college graduation Tom enlisted in the U.S. Navy and became the lead designer for the Commander Fleet Air Lemoore Graphics Art Department. 

    After an Honorable Discharge from the navy Hedges was hired by Hughes Aircraft Company as a conceptual designer.  Hedges designed over 60 instructional programs.  He was appointed liaison with Grumman Aircraft to revise some of the projects with the navy.

    Tom was then offered the Studio Manager/Designer position with a local advertising agency.  Tom accepted the position and oversaw a complete award winning art department with some of the world’s leading clients that produced high tech medical manufacturing products and high tech medical procedures.

    With the advent of the World Wide Web in 1998, Tom was offered and accepted the position of Marketing Manager for RosArt Multimedia. Eventually RosArt established a separate Section, WebJuris, that dealt with legal web site development, and promoted Tom to Vice President of Marketing.
