Donald Trump Calls on Russia to Find Hillary Clintons Missing Emails The New York Times

A definition of the word “Treason”: The betrayal of one's own country and citizens by consciously and purposely acting in a manner that gives assistance and comfort to an adversarial nation(s) or gives assistance and comfort to an adversarial organization(s) that is committed to causing great harm and destruction to the betrayer’s own country and fellow citizens.

“There is no Shelf-life when calling out a fool for acting foolish” – TheodoreW.

On Wednesday July 27, 2016, during a nationally televised News press-conference that was intended to “steal some of the media-headline-thunder” away from Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party’s National Convention that was being held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Donald Trump the Republican Party’s 2016 U.S. Presidential nominee opened his mouth and once again shocked the world.

In an attempt to resurrect new interest in the GOP’s costly and failed inquisition-like Congressional probe of Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails while serving as U.S. Secretary of State during President Obama’s first administration, Donald Trump looked directly into the television cameras and with an air of narcissistic bravado, combined with intellectual ineptness, made a passionate appeal for Vladimir Putin’s Russian government to “find Hillary Clinton’s missing emails”.

Setting aside Trump’s apparent “man-crush” on ruthless dictators, let’s be clear and let’s be honest, cyber warfare is one of the greatest threats to the national security of the United States. “Hacking” into our nation’s computers and servers while downloading viruses can cripple our national security systems, cripple our financial and banking institutions and dangerously cripple our transportation, natural energy and shipping infrastructures.

For the reader who isn’t familiar with computer jargon, cyber warfare can be defined as actions taken by a nation-state or independent rogue-organization that’s designed to attack and do incalculable damage to another nation’s computers, servers and information networks.

Regardless of Trump’s illogical and reckless intent, he called upon a long-time adversary of the United States of America to engage in espionage against one of our country’s citizens and against our country’s governmental institutions that are dedicated to protecting Americans from both foreign and domestic enemies.

As a potential Commander-in-Chief, Trump’s naivety regarding “how the world turns”, goes beyond the pale of being willfully ignorant while his “banana republic” / P.T. Barnum-circus-barker approach to “acting presidential” makes him appear to be both amateurish and petty to the sane and studious observer.

Throughout the 240-year history of the United States of America, there has never, ever been a candidate for the U.S. Presidency who has made a public appeal for a foreign country to spy on a U.S. citizen or a U.S. corporate / government entity, until now.

As a Liberal I’d like to congratulate the Republican Party on their success; the Trumpenstein Monster you’ve created as a tool to irritate President Obama and impede his presidency, has done more to expose your party’s Dixiecrat, Neo Nazi and John Birch Society infiltration than what any Liberal commentary could ever hope to expose. It’s true, “seeing and hearing is believing” and Donald Trump the de facto leader of the Republican Party has irrefutably “flipped his orange-colored wig”.

The GOP’s once carefully crafted national image of “Country, Family and Apple Pie” has been completely hijacked, replaced and soiled by an animated image of a diaper-less Trumpenstein Monster that’s in the middle of having a temper tantrum after eating a bowl of spicy chili and rice.

Unless Americans across all 50 states honestly acknowledge that there’s something terribly wrong with how Donald Trump thinks and acts and therefore should never be trusted to lead our nation as its chief administrator and military Commander-in-Chief, we are doomed to watch in slow-motion Donald Trump “The Republican-created Trumpenstein Monster”, sitting in the Oval Office, impatiently kicking a barrel that’s marked “Nitroglycerin” while wearing a “Make America Hate Again” golf cap.

Well, I guess a monster has to do what a monster was created to do....and from the great Pacific Northwest to the majestic Eastern Shores the last thing people remember hearing was the sound of “Boom”.

In closing, it’s not too late to stop this metaphorical explosion. In the words of P-Funk legend George Clinton, “Think...think...it ain’t illegal yet”. The Revolution is being televised.
